Shipping Policy

At ReVibe Box Co., every box is thoughtfully curated and packed with care.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier service.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

  • We currently ship within the United States.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and each box is uniquely curated.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the curated and secondhand nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preferences, or individual item selections.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage may occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@revibeboxco.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work with you to find a suitable replacement, store credit, or another fair resolution whenever possible.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind vintage and secondhand finds, an exact replacement may not always be available. In those cases, we will collaborate with you on an alternative item of similar style and value.
